- 1 small Lebanese cucumber sliced thin
- 25 g loosely packed cilantro leaves
- Tofu preparation
- 1 1 Preheat oven to 210 °C (410 °F) put rack in middle.
- 2 2 Toss grated tofu with cornstarch, smoked paprika, cumin, chipotle powder if using, plenty salt and pepper in big bowl.
