  • 375 g (3/4 lb) farfalle or other pasta shapes
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) freshly grated pecorino Romano
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • Coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
